• To receive information on the article genre and principles for application to the material you bring to the workshop (based on completed research from a project or a thesis/dissertation);
• To plan an article as a distinct genre separate from the thesis/dissertation;
• Application of the guiding principles in crafting the material to conform with the guidelines of the target journal you have selected;
• Guidelines for writing the various generic sections in an article-appropriate style;
• Critical feedback on the full draft of the contracted article you write during the workshop;
• By the end of the session you will have a full draft for consideration by your co-author(s) / supervisor(s);
• Handouts with core notes and instruction to accompany the video for your reference during the workshop and for your own application to further articles after the workshop.

• You will contract with Ruth electronically via email and have email access during your registration month;
• Critical reading and personalised feedback will be provided with clear instructions on track changes on the document:
  • after submission of the introduction,
  • one full read through upon completion.
• You have two sessions for consultation included (total 1 hour):
  • once with feedback on the introduction,
  • once after completion.

• Due to the subjective nature of peer review, there is no guarantee that articles will be accepted in your target journal in your field after attending this workshop;
• Discipline specific technical content input is not provided;
• Registration covers the critical reading of one contracted article and no additional articles (can be arranged as part of a separate other contract);
• No additional critical reads of multiple versions of the contracted article (this can be arranged as separate contract with hourly rate applicable);
• Critical reading and consultation on the contracted article after the one month cut-off date (further reading/ consultation after this date will be charged at an additional hourly rate).

After payment is received you will have access to the videos, email communication, critical read of introduction and full draft, and consultation as per the registration contracting for ONE month.

Critical reading and consultation outside of the contracted registration of one month will be charged at an hourly rate.
